A masterpiece! This book is a hefty 1,000 pages, but as you turn the last page, you realise that this is what it takes to explore the next 15 years of our civilisation. It’s frustrating, though, that this exercise in anticipation is, as so often, to be savoured in American style (like Kim Stanley Robinson’s Ministry for the Future ).[1]
