This article briefly presents the latest ‘OECD Economic Outlook’, which highlights the crucial role that will be played by the scale and speed of the roll-out of vaccination against Covid-19; as well as recovery plans. It brings out the renewed dynamism of China and the USA and, by contrast, the way the Eurozone has lost ground.
