This article shows that fast-growing telecoms networks have allowed financial centers to be connected together and get information simultaneously. This have been the landscape for several decades ; but today world-market networks such as NASDAQ, are being created. Time and space are no more a constraint. However, if simultaneous transmission of information does not account for all these evolutions, it compels infrastructures and regulations to get adapted. Networks connect one with another : a network of networks is born rather than a global financial village.
