KAHN Herman

Hermán Kahn (1922–1983) was one of the pioneers of foresight in the United States. After beginning his career at the Rand Corporation as a physicist and mathematician, where he developed prospective and strategic analyses concerning the possibility of thermonuclear war, he founded and directed the Hudson Institute, an American think tank specialising in new forms of public policy and interdisciplinary research between institutions.
