In this article Dominique Bourg and Sophie Swaton, longstanding proponents of ecological transition, present an agenda for action which they had begun to develop, as part of a collective, before the crisis occurred, but which has now become all the more urgent. Calling for a \u2018Return to Earth\u2019, the manifesto they are publishing in June, a week before this issue appears, formulates 35 concrete proposals for setting our economies, societies and institutions on a planet-friendly path of transition.
