This was before Giovanni Tamburi stated that no formula was perfect and that it would be more useful to explore a complementary formula than to focus on a differences between the two formulas.<br \/> It is nevertheless interesting to examine some of the lessons drawn from Chile, which, from 1981, replaced its public retirement system with private pension funds.
