He recalls that innovation, especially the performance of organizations, depends not only on their scientific and technological capacities but even more on human and organizational skills-the synergy of human, technical and organizational factors acting together.<br \/>\nHe illustrates his thesis by citing the spectacular recovery of American industry and of certain European enterprises.
