Au cours de cette session du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futuribles.com\/la-prospective\/methodes-et-outils\/prospective-lab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prospective Lab<\/a>, nous nous concentrerons sur les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la prospective dans les multinationales, et nous aborderons les questions suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quels sont les d\u00e9fis auxquels les grandes organisations sont confront\u00e9es lorsqu\u2019elles font de la prospective ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment communiquer et sensibiliser la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les coll\u00e8gues et les autres directions \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la prospective ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment partager les r\u00e9sultats et s\u2019assurer que le travail de prospective est utile ? Comment \u00e9tablir un lien entre la prospective et la strat\u00e9gie ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment la prospective peut-elle \u00eatre un levier d\u2019influence externe ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La s\u00e9ance se d\u00e9roulera en anglais mais les questions et commentaires du public sont bienvenus en fran\u00e7ais. Elle se d\u00e9roulera le <strong>mardi 17 septembre 2024 de 16h00 \u00e0 17h30<\/strong>, dans les locaux de Futuribles et en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past four years, the brutal shocks but also the profound transformations that our political, economic and social systems have experienced, at the international and national levels, have proven more than ever the importance of foresight for organizations in an increasingly uncertain world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But remains the question of how to develop and implement foresight analyses within organizations\u2019 processes to best inform strategic decision-making. During this session of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futuribles.com\/la-prospective\/methodes-et-outils\/prospective-lab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prospective Lab<\/a>, we will focus on the specificities of foresight in multinationals, and we will address the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What are the challenges big organizations face when applying foresight?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to communicate and sensibilize around the necessity of foresight with the top management, with colleagues and other directions?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to share results and make sure foresight work is useful? How to make a link between foresight and strategy?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How foresight can be a lever of external influence?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The session will be held in English but questions and commentaries by the audience are welcomed in French.
